摘　　要：健全军队院校教育、部队训练实践、军事职业教育三位一体新型军事人才培养体系,既找准了长期制约部队人才培养质量提升的体制机制短板,更明确了补齐短板的改革良方。加强三位一体新型军事人才培养研究,是十分紧迫的任务,对加强军事院校办学顶层设计、构建院校和部队广泛参与的全方位育人体系、全面提升我军的战斗力具有重要意义。The new military personnel cultivation system covers three issues targets the weakness of long-term restraint for improving the quality of personnel cultivation,and more importantly,points out a reform solution to overcome this weakness.Therefore,strengthening the research on new military personnel cultivation system is quite urgent,which is of great significance to enhance top-level design of school running in military academies,build the comprehensive education system with the wide participation of academies and troops,and improve the fighting capacity of our army in an all-round way.
