摘 要:为提高履带车辆结构的疲劳耐久性、完善结构设计方法,文章以某履带车辆传动轴为研究对象,综合运用数理统计与信号分析、处理与结构有限元分析以及疲劳设计等理论,形成了较为完善的履带车辆传动系统疲劳载荷谱测试、编制及应用的研究方法;并利用雨流计数法,编制了传动轴的扭矩荷谱。建立传动轴的有限元分析模型,分析其结构应力,确定疲劳损坏热点;利用局部应力应变法与Palmgren-Miner线性疲劳积累损伤准则,通过结构应力集中修正,完成了传动轴外圆角最大应力处的疲劳寿命值预估。该文研究结果可为履带车辆载荷编制及疲劳耐久研究提供一定的参考。In order to improve the fatigue durability of tracked vehicle and optimize its structural design methods,a tracked vehicle transmission shaft is studied.Based on the theories of mathematical statistics,signal analysis and processing,finite element analysis and fatigue design,the comprehensive methods of fatigue load spectrum test,preparation and application of tracked vehicle transmission system are presented.In addition,the torque spectrum of the transmission shaft is prepared by using the rain flow counting method.The finite element analysis model of the transmission shaft is established,and the structural stress is analyzed to determine the fatigue damage hotspot.Based on the local stress and strain method and the Palmgren-Miner linear fatigue accumulation criterion,the fatigue life value of the maximum stress at the outer corners of the transmission shaft is estimated.The results can provide a reference for the study of tracked vehicle load spectrum preparation and fatigue durability.
