摘 要:总结分析食管癌易感基因研究文献,并通过生物信息学方法筛选获得关键基因,为食管癌的诊断治疗研究提供参考。以中国知网(CNKI)、NCBI Pubmed数据库为文献来源,对近12年食管癌易感性相关基因文献进行文献计量学分析,并对相关基因及其产物进行生物信息学分析。324篇文献纳入研究,共涉及131个基因。生物信息学分析提示VEGFR、MMP9、IL6、RAD51、CCND1、CD44、MDM2、PTGS2、TP53、EGFR、ATM、BRCA2和TNF等多个基因在相互作用网络中有关键作用。通过对食管癌易感性相关基因的文献计量学分析及生物信息学分析,可以了解目前该领域研究动态,发现食管癌易感性相关的热点基因,有助于深入研究。The research literature of susceptibility genes in esophageal cancer is summarized and analyzed and key genes through bioinformatics methods are obtained,which will provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer.CNKI and NCBI Pubmed database were used as literature sources to conduct bibliometric analysis of literatures related to susceptibility to esophageal cancer in the past 12 years.Bioinformatics analysis was performed on related genes and their products.324 articles were included in the study,involving a total of 131 genes.Bioinformatics suggests that multiple genes such as VEGFR、MMP9、IL6、RAD51、CCND1、CD44、MDM2、PTGS2、TP53、EGFR、ATM、BRCA2 and TNF play a key role in the interaction network.The current research trends in this field can be understood and hot spots related to susceptibility to esophageal cancer can be discovered by literature metrology analysis and bioinformatics analysis of susceptibility-related genes of esophageal cancer.
