大连市市内四区小学花样跳绳开展现状的调查与分析

摘　　要：花样跳绳是一项操作简单、方便易学的大众体育项目,内容丰富多样,且不需要过高的场地要求,又具有娱乐、陶冶情操的价值,是一项可持续发展的运动项目。根据调查可知,我国小学生的体质一直呈下降状态。针对这类现象,如何将花样跳绳这项可持续发展的项目纳入到小学生的课堂成为教育者们致力解决的问题。本论文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法及数理统计法等研究方法针对当前大连市四区小学花样跳绳的开展现状及存在的问题,主要从花样跳绳教学的基本情况、师资队伍情况、学生和教师对花样跳绳的认知情况以及了解和学习花样跳绳的途径等多方面进行调查分析。研究结果表明:大连市市内四区小学花样跳绳的开展情况主要受师资力量、缺少专门性的花样跳绳教师,教育部门对花样跳绳的健身价值不够了解,以及目前小学生健身意识的薄弱等。总体来说,花样跳绳在大连市市内四区的开展形式不容乐观。Figure rope skipping is a convenient and easy operation of mass sports with varieties,less space,edified sentiment and sustainable sport movement.According to a survey,elementary students’physical education has been a downward in China.how to figure rope skipping as a sustainable development project in elementary classroom is a problem.This paper,by drawing literature data,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics of the four district elementary schools in downtown Dalian,figures rope skipping development and jump rope with teaching pattern and teaching staff to meet the requirement of the figure jump rope,lack of professional teachers,the insufficient of figure jump rope fitness value and the weakness of elementary school students fitness consciousness,etc.In a word,Overall,the pattern rope skipping in four areas in Dalian is not optimistic.
