黛力新联合雷贝拉唑治疗癔球症患者临床疗效及复发情况观察

摘　　要：目的探讨黛力新联合雷贝拉唑治疗癔球症患者临床疗效及复发情况。方法选取该院2015-03~2017-03收治的癔球症患者63例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组32例和对照组31例。对照组采用雷贝拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合黛力新治疗。两组疗程均为8周。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后主要症状积分、焦虑和抑郁量表评分,以及随访6个月复发情况。结果观察组显效21例,有效10例,无效1例。对照组显效10例,有效7例,无效14例。观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗后咽部不适、急躁易怒、食少纳呆评分降低(P<0.05),观察组治疗后评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗后焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分降低(P<0.05),观察组治疗后评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组随访6个月复发率(12.50%)低于对照组(41.94%)(P<0.05)。结论黛力新联合雷贝拉唑治疗癔球症患者临床疗效明显,可减轻焦虑和抑郁情绪,改善患者症状,降低复发率。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Deanxit combined with rabeprazole in treatment of glous hystericus and the follow-up relapsing rate.Methods 63 patients with glous hystericus were selected in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017,and were randomly divided into the observation group(n=32)and the control group(n=31)according to random number table.The control group received rabeprazole.The observation group was treated with Deanxit plus rabeprazole.The two groups were treated for 8 weeks.The curative effect,the main symptom scores,the anxiety and depression scale scores,and the follow-up relapsing rate were compared between the two groups 6 months after treatment.Results In the observation group,the treatment result was markedly effective in 21 cases,effective in 10 and ineffective in 1 case.In the control group,the treatment result was markedly effective in 10 cases,effective in 7 and ineffective in 14 cases.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).In both of the two groups,the scores of pharyngeal discomfort,irritability and anorexia after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).SAS and SDS scores were decreased in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).The follow-up relapsing rate of the observation group 6 months after treatment(12.50%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(41.94%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Deanxit combined with rabeprazole is effective in treatment of glous hystericus.It can relieve anxiety and depression,improve the symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate in the patients.
