医学院校工科专业毕业生质量及社会需求调查与分析——以重庆医科大学生物医学工程专业为例

摘　　要：生物医学工程是高度综合的交叉学科,涉及领域的跨度大、专业知识体系复杂。为了深化生物医学工程专业教学改革,办出医科特色,本文对142名毕业生和20家用人单位进行了毕业生质量及社会需求调查。通过分析毕业生质量定量评价、毕业生就业岗位分布、毕业生对学校教育的评价等方面的调查结果,在培养目标、办学优势与不足、知识结构与课程设置、实践能力与创新创业能力培养等方面进行教学改革。Biomedical engineering is a comprehensive,high-tech subject,which is characterized by its multidisciplinary and cross-domain knowledge system.In order to intensify the teaching reform,we conducted a survey involving 142 graduates and 20 employers on graduates'quality and their social demands.According to the feedbacks of graduates'quality quantitative evaluation,job distribution and the evaluation of school education,we carry out teaching reform in aspects of training objective,advantages and disadvantages,knowledge structure,curriculum establishment,as well as cultivation abilities of practice,innovation and entrepreneurship.
