新疆某医院临床护士循证素质的预测因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解临床护士循证护理(EBN)素质和循证实践障碍现状,对其循证素质的影响因素进行预测。方法采用EBN实践基本素质(EBP-Q)调查量表和中文版EBN实践障碍(BARRIERS)调查表对141名临床护士进行横断面调查。结果临床护士EBN素质总体水平稍差,循证实践障碍整体处于中度影响水平。Spearman相关分析显示:临床护士循证素质总分及各维度得分与循证实践障碍总分及各维度得分均呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示:研究报道质量、目前学历、职称、工作年限、第一学历、在攻读学位、研究结果的可获得性这7个自变量进入多元逐步回归方程,共同解释了临床护士循证素质水平总变异的84.2%(P<0.05),其中研究报道质量可独立解释总变异的63.9%(P<0.05)。结论可根据预测因素制订循证素质培养方案,加强临床护士对证据的筛选和评价能力的培养。Objective To investigate the current situation of evidence-based nursing(EBN)quality and barriers to research and utilization evidence in nursing practice,and predict the factors influencing EBN quality.Methods A cross sectional survey was conducted on 141 clinical nurses.The EBP quality Scale(EBP-Q)and Barriers to Research and Utilization Scale(BARRIERS Scale)were used to collect the data.Results A general level of EBP quality was slightly worse,barriers to research and utilization evidence was in a moderate difficulty.Spearman correlation analysis showed a negative correlation between total score and all dimension scores of EBN Quality,as well as total score and all dimension scores of BARRIERS Scale(P<0.05).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that principal influential factors included the study quality,final education degree,professional title,work experience,initial education degree,studying for a degree,and obtaining research results.84.2%of total variation of EBN quality was explained by these factors,63.9%of which could be explained by the study quality independently.Conclusion EBN quality training programs could be made based on predictive factors to strengthen clinical nurses′ability.
