摘  要:为有效地去除养殖废水中的盐酸土霉素,成功制备纳米ZnO光催化剂,在运用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等技术对纳米ZnO光催化剂进行表征后,光催化降解养殖废水中的盐酸土霉素,考察了在紫外光照射下纳米ZnO煅烧温度、煅烧时间、ZnO投加量、H_2O_2终浓度、反应时间和盐酸土霉素初始质量浓度等因素对光催化效果的影响,并用正交试验法优化了试验条件。结果表明:本研究中制备的纳米ZnO光催化剂处理养殖废水中的盐酸土霉素效果良好,紫外光照射下,纳米ZnO光催化剂处理养殖废水中盐酸土霉素污染的最优试验条件为盐酸土霉素初始质量浓度0.01 g/L、纳米ZnO煅烧温度450℃、煅烧时间1 h、ZnO投加量0.8 g/L、H_2O_2质量浓度0.2 g/L、反应时间3.5 h,在此优化条件下,养殖废水中盐酸土霉素的平均去除率可达75.45%。研究表明,用纳米ZnO去除养殖废水中的盐酸土霉素,去除效率高且无二次污染,可用于生产实践。The ZnO photocatalysts were successfully prepared and characterized by XRD and SEM analysis and then employed in the photocataltic treatment of oxytetracycline hydrochloride pollution in order to eliminate oxytetracycline hydrochloride in aquaculture effluent scientifically and effectively.The effects of ZnO calcination temperature,calcination time,dosage,concentration of H 2 O 2,reaction time and initial concentration of oxytetracycline hydrochloride on the photocatalytic effect were investigated under UV light conditions,and the ZnO photocatalystic conditions were optimized through an orthogonal experiment.The results showed that there was good elimination of oxytetracycline hydrochloride wastewater using the nano-ZnO photocatalysts under the optimal conditions of the oxytetracycline concentration of 0.01 g/L,the calcination of nano-ZnO at 450℃,for 1 h calcination,mass concentration of 0.8 g/L,H 2 O 2 concentration of 0.2 g/L and reaction period for 3.5 h,with an average removal rate of 75.45%for oxytetracycline hydrochloride in aquaculture wastewater.The findings indicate that nano-ZnO can be used in production practice since it has high removal rate of oxytetracycline hydrochloride in aquaculture effluent without secondary pollution.
