摘　　要：目的 研究血塞通注射液联合TP方案对比单纯TP方案化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效的影响。方法 将120例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组患者给予血塞通联合TP方案全身治疗,对照组给予TP方案全身化疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效和毒副反应发生差异。结果 第4周期后实验组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05),第2、6周期后两组患者的疗效差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。第2周期全身化疗后,实验组白细胞、血小板的降低明显低于对照组(P<0.05),红细胞的降低无差异(P>0.05);第4周期全身化疗后,实验组白细胞、血小板、血红蛋白的降低均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05);第6周期全身化疗后,实验组血红蛋白降低明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而两组患者白细胞、血小板的降低均无明显异常(均P>0.05)。结论 血塞通注射液联合TP方案全身化疗虽对患者的临床疗效无明显影响,但可降低患者毒副反应发生的风险,提高患者的生活质量,具有一定临床意义。Objective To study the effects of Sanqi Panax Notoginseng Injection combining TP chemotherapy regimen versus TP chemotherapy regimen for advanced lung adenocarcinoma/squamous cell.Methods 120 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group were treated with Sanqi Panax Notoginseng Injection combining TP chemotherapy regimen,and the control group with TP chemotherapy regimen.The clinical efficacies and side reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The efficacy was higher in the experimental group than in the control group just after the fourth cycle(P=0.043),but was not statistical different in the experimental group from that in the control group just after the second and sixth cycles(P=0.350 and 0.066).After the second cycle,the white blood cells and platelets were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference in the hemoglobin between these two groups(P=0.186).After the fourth cycle,the white blood cells,platelets,and hemoglobin were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P=0.030,0.045,and 0.025).After the 6th cycle,the hemoglobin group was significantly lower in the experimental than in the control group(P=0.044),but there were no statistical differences in the white blood cells and platelets between the two groups(P=0.274 and 0.066).Conclusion Sanqi Panax Notoginseng Injection combining TP chemotherapy regimen has no significant effect on the patients'clinical curative effect,but can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the patients'quality of life,so it has a certain clinical significance.
