乳腺癌患者保乳手术后联合放射治疗的临床治疗效果探讨

摘　　要：目的 本实验主要研究了患有乳腺癌的患者经过保乳手术,再通过联合放射治疗后,治疗效果的显著性。方法 将80位在本院接受治疗的乳腺癌患者分成两组,对照组和实验组,每组40例。对照组患者接受乳腺癌根治术治疗,实验组患者接受保乳手术后,再进行联合放射治疗。对经过治疗的患者观察3年,比较两组患者的存活率、复发率,对疾病的预后和不良反应的发生率进行比较。结果 实验组患者的复发人数少于对照组复发的人数,两组数据之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 患有乳腺癌的患者经过保乳手术治疗后再进行联合放射治疗,可以降低癌症的复发率,提高患者的存活率,具有较好的临床效果,值得广泛推广。Objective To study the clinical treatment effect of combined radiotherapy after breast conserving surgery for breast cancer patients.Methods 80 patients with breast cancer treated in our hospital were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with radical mastectomy,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with breast conserving surgery and then combined radiotherapy.3 years after the treatment,the survival rate,the recurrence rate,the prognosis of the disease,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result The recurrence rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined radiotherapy after breast conserving surgery can reduce the recurrence rate of cancer for breast cancer patients,and improve the survival rate of the patients,with a good clinical effect,which is worth popularizing widely.
