摘　　要：目的评价"翻转课堂"在《医院管理学》教学中的实施效果,为其应用和推广寻找数据支持。方法问卷调查法为主的综合研究方法。结果 "翻转课堂"实施后对《医院管理学》相关章节的学习成效具有促进作用(P<0.001)。结论 "翻转课堂"在《医院管理学》教学中具有适用性和一定的应用、推广价值。建议与时俱进,更新观念,有条件地开展"翻转课堂"。Objective To evaluate the effect of using flipped classroom in Hospital Management,for finding data support that the method could be applied and promoted.Methods Comprehensive research methods,for questionnaire is mayor.Results It is improved(P<0.001)of learning effect on relative chapters of Hospital Management while flipped classroom is used.Conclusion There is feasibility and certain valuation on application and promotion of using flipped classroom in Hospital Management.Suggestion Advance with the times,updates ideas,and implements flipped classroom with conditions.
