摘  要:围绕医学本科生的培养目标与能力培养,将形成性评价的理念和实践贯穿到医学本科生的教学和评价中,是医学高等教育机构和广大教师所迫切研究和推进的一项重要课题。本研究通过三年来在医学本科生的《组织学与胚胎学》教学中,逐步引入形成性评价的理念和新的教学方式,统计和总结了学生在学业成绩表现、学习态度和能力、师生互动等环节的综合表现和变化,探索教学与评价方式改变与学生学习能力之间的关系,试图建立一种新的、行之有效的《组织学与胚胎学》教学与考评体系,为医学基础教育考评机制改革提供实践资料。It has long been an urgent subject for medical universities and teachers on how to carry on the ideas of formative assessment(FA)into practice to pursue the training objectives and ability cultivation in undergraduate medical student education.During the past three years,by means of introducing FA idea and new teaching and learning methods in Histology and Embryology,we analyzed and evaluated the students’achievements,abilities and attitude of active study and teacher-student interaction,to study the relationship between student study abilities and FA-based assessment system,try to establish an effective evaluation system in Histology and Embryology and provide basic practice date for medical education evaluation system reform.
