摘　　要：整合课程与区段教学是目前医学教育改革的热点,区段是以器官-系统作为教学内容的基本单位,每个区段教学内容主要由传统医学若干个学科组成。为了圆满完成区段教学任务,有必要设立兼职的区段教学秘书,负责组织、安排区段内各学科的教学活动。区段秘书对顺利完成此教学改革发挥着重要作用。本文结合区段教学实践,分析了教学秘书应具备的素质与能力,着重阐述了教学秘书的主要职责,以期有助于整合课程教学改革的推广和应用。The integrated curriculum and teaching blocks is the hotspots in the present Chinese medical education reform.The teaching block is designed based on the Organ-System and is composed of several related traditional medical disciplines.To accomplish teaching block tasks successfully,it is necessary to establish a part-time block secretary position duty to organize,arrange and regulate the teaching activities.Based on the teaching block practice,this article mainly focuses on the secretary’s quality,ability and responsibility to accelerate spreading and applying of this teaching style around China.
