摘  要:消化系统疾病是住院医师规范化培训教育与实践中重要部分,其具有一定的学科交叉性及诊治难度,需要进行多学科协作(Multi-disciplinary Team,MDT)诊疗。目前,我国已有少数培训中心尝试开展了以MDT为创新理念的临床教学,该教学模式较大幅度提高了规培医师的临床综合素质,激发了他们的学习兴趣、提高了自学能力、加深了对理论知识的理解。但现有的MDT教学同样存在一些不足之处。基于以上教学实际及临床需要,本文将就MDT在消化疾病规培教学中开展的必要性、主要方法、开展情况、推广前景等内容进行阐述,旨为促进消化疾病的合理诊疗、保证教学质量、提高培训医师的综合素质提供一定的理论依据。Digestive diseases are important contents of the resident standard training(RST).Since they have certain interdisciplinary nature and difficulties for accurate diagnosis and treatment,the cooperation of multi-disciplinary team(MDT)are required.To date,there are already a few training centers in China carried out MDT pattern training for digestive diseases.The preliminary results show this pattern innovation,though possess some shortages,has led to significantly enhancements of the overall abilities,learning interests,self-study motives and understanding level of the enrolled residents.In this study,we would explore the necessities,principal methods,current situations,prospects of MDT pattern in RST of digestive diseases,aiming to improve the quality of RST and achieve reasonable managements on Digestive diseases.
