摘　　要：脑干胶质瘤是一种以儿童常见的异质性脑胶质瘤,呈双峰的年龄分布,儿童脑干胶质瘤在脑肿瘤高达20%,成人脑干胶质瘤仅占脑胶质瘤的1%~2%。过去几十年由于脑干胶质瘤特殊的解剖位置,导致它们不能被切除,并在许多临床试验中心没有进行活检。脑干胶质瘤是一种罕见且无法治愈的脑肿瘤,由于缺乏有效的治疗而导致生存率低下。近年来,脑干胶质瘤的基础及临床研究出现了许多新进展,迎来了脑干胶质瘤化疗的新时代。现就脑干胶质瘤临床化疗的研究进展作出以下综述。Brainstem gliomas are a heterogenous group of gliomas that occur predominately in children,and there is a clear bimodal age distribution.Pediatric brainstem gliomas represent up to 20%of brain tumors,while brainstem gliomas account for only 1%-2%of intracranial gliomas.Over the past few decades,due to the special anatomical location,brainstem gliomas cannot be removed and biopsies are not performed in many clinical trial centers.Due to the lack of effective therapy,brainstem glioma is an incurable tumor with poor survival rate.In recent years,with many new advances in the basic and clinical research of brainstem gliomas,we ushered in a new era of in chemotherapy.This paper reviewed the progress of clinical chemotherapy for brainstem gliomas.
