BIM技术在高职院校入课的困境与推进策略研究

摘　　要：BIM(Building Information Modeling)技术是建筑业的发展趋势之一。文章从我国建筑业采用BIM技术的制度环境、高职院校对BIM技术的认识等方面,分析了BIM技术在高职院校入课的困境,提出了加强师资培养、项目贯通、课程植入、以造价类BIM软件为基点逐步扩展BIM技术教学信息传递链条等多条在高职院校进行BIM技术入课和推进的策略。BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology is one of the development trends of construction industry.This system adopts BIM technology from China construction industry environment,higher vocational colleges to BIM understanding and other aspects of the BIM technology into the teaching curriculum in Higher Vocational Colleges predicament,put forward to strengthen the training of teachers,through all the teaching process with a project,Curriculum placement,with a cost BIM software as the basic node gradually extended BIM technology teaching information transmission chain multiple BIM technology in Higher Vocational Colleges into the teaching curriculum and the promotion strategy.
