摘  要:为探讨大学生感恩、宽恕、抑郁间的动态关系,采用青少年感恩量表、Hearland宽恕量表、流调中心抑郁自评量表对152名在校大学生进行4个月的追踪调查,并使用结构方程模型对感恩、宽恕与抑郁间的动态关系进行检验.结果表明:前测感恩、宽恕、抑郁均能显著正向预测各自后测水平;无论在前测还是后测,宽恕在感恩与抑郁的关系间起部分中介作用;前测抑郁对后测宽恕具有显著负向预测作用.可见,大学生感恩、宽恕与抑郁间存在较复杂的动态关系,通过感恩教育及宽恕训练能够有效缓解抑郁情绪,提升大学生心理健康水平.In order to explore the dynamic relationships among gratitude,forgiveness and depression in undergraduates,152 undergraduates were involved in the four-month tracking investigation by adolescent gratitude scale(AGS),Hearland forgiveness scale(HFS)and center for epidemiologic studies depression scale(CES-D).The dynamic relationships among gratitude,forgiveness and depression were examined by structural equation model.The results showed that gratitude,forgiveness and depression in pretest could predict correspondent post-test level significantly and positively.Forgiveness played partial mediating effect in the relations between gratitude and depression both in pretest and post-test.Depression in pretest had significantly negative prediction on forgiveness in post-test.It was indicated that complicated dynamic relationships existed in gratitude,forgiveness and depression of undergraduates.Gratitude education and forgiveness training could effectively relieve depression,and improve undergraduates'mental health level.
