摘　　要：ERP系统是高度集成的管理信息系统,其先进的管理理念能有效改善和优化企业的组织管理和业务流程。文章首先阐述了ERP系统的实施与应用给企业带来的各种收益,其次分析了实施与应用ERP系统前应做好哪些需求、分析,然后论述了编制实施ERP系统的详细实施方案,最后描述了ERP系统实施前应做好哪些数据准备工作及实施过程中的培训、维护等工作。The ERP system is a highly integrated management information system.Its advanced management concept can effectively improve and optimize the organization and management of the enterprise and business processes.This article first elaborates the various benefits brought by t he i mplementation a nd application of ERP system t o t he e nterprise,followed by a nalysis of t he requirements a nd analysis that should be done before implementing and applying the ERP system,and then discusses how to formulate and implement the detailed implementation plan of the ERP system.Finally,it describes the data preparation work and the training and maintenance during the implementation of the ERP system.
