摘  要:目的研究眼底荧光血管造影对早期诊断糖尿病性视网膜病变的意义。方法回顾性分析我院于2016年2月—2017年4月收治的160例糖尿病患者临床资料作为研究对象,均采用检眼镜和眼底荧光血管造影检查。对比病变检出率。结果检眼镜检出病变85例,占53.13%,眼底荧光血管造影检出病变152例,占95.00%,眼底荧光血管造影病变检出率高于检眼镜,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。眼底荧光血管造影检查可明显看出病变类型,其中轻度非增生性糖尿病性视网膜病变37例,占24.34%,中度非增生性糖尿病性视网膜病变48例,占31.58%,重度非增生性糖尿病性视网膜病变39例,占25.66%,增生性糖尿病性视网膜病变28例,占18.42%。结论眼底荧光血管造影对早期诊断糖尿病性视网膜病变诊断有重要意义,具有较高诊出率,可为临床诊断提供重要参考。Objective To study the significance of fundus fluorescein angiography in early diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy.Methods The clinical data of 160 patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to April 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.Both of them used ophthalmoscopy and fundus fluorescein angiography.Contrast lesion detection rate was compared.Results 85 lesions were detected by ophthalmoscope(53.13%),152 lesions were detected by angiography(95.00%),and the lesion detection rate of angiography group was higher than ophthalmoscopy.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In angiography detection,the type of lesions can be clearly seen,including 37 cases of mild non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy,accounting for 24.43%,48 cases of moderately non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy,accounting for 31.58%,39 cases of severe non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy,accounting for 25.66%,28 cases of proliferative diabetic retinopathy,accounting for 18.42%.Conclusion Fundus fluorescein angiography is of great significance in the early diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy.It has a high diagnostic rate and can provide important reference for clinical diagnosis.
