摘 要:采用磁控溅射法,将铜溅射于茧丝表面,再对溅铜茧丝进行等离子体处理,获得多功能性茧丝。测试并比较各种茧丝的外观形态、直径及力学性能、Cu损耗率、抗菌性、拒水性。结果发现:多功能性茧丝铜膜更牢固、茧丝直径增加、断裂强度有所减小、超声后Cu损耗率降低,并具有抗菌性和拒水性。The copper was sputtered on the surface of cocoon silk by using magnetron sputtering, then the cocoon silk sputtered copper was treated to obtain multi-functional cocoon silk by plasma. The appearance, diameter, mechanical properties, the loss rate of Cu, antibacterial properties and water repellency of various cocoon silk were tested and compared. The results showed that the multi-functional cocoon silk had antibacterial properties and water repellency, and its Cu film was stronger, the diameter of the silk increased, the fracture strength decreased, the loss rate of Cu decreased after ultrasonication.
