摘  要:风电机组有功备用控制及其协调方法的研究,是解决高渗透率间歇式新能源接入条件下的电网稳定问题及提高风电消纳能力的有效途径。结合超速法和变桨法的优势,提出一种改进型协同有功控制策略。中低风速下通过优先加速转子对弃风能量进行储存,同时判断转速是否到达额定来启动桨距角调整,进而嵌入附加转速控制和桨距角控制环节设计了双馈感应发电机新型功率控制系统。在风机并网运行时,利用功率控制指令和风机功率输出的差值信号进行风机转速调节,从而实现风机机组快速有功调整及备用调用。最后通过仿真算例验证方法的有效性和适用性,并对风机备用能力进行分析。Given the scenario of high proportion of intermittent renewable energies,a control method of wind turbines’active power reserve as well as the corresponding coordination method is an effective way to enhance the stability of pow.er grid and the capacity of wind power utilization.By combining the advantages of both over-speed and pitch control methods,an improved cooperative active power control strategy is proposed.Under low-medium wind speed conditions,the abandoned wind energy is stored by accelerating the rotors;meanwhile,the pitch actor will not be started until the rotor speed reaches the rated value.Accordingly,a novel power control system of doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG)is designed through the additional rotor speed and pitch control.When the DFIG is under grid-connected opera.tion,the novel system can use the difference signal between the power control value and the actual output power from DFIG to adjust the rotor speed in real-time,which realizes a fast control of DFIG’s active power and the reserve.Final.ly,simulations were conducted to verify the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed method,and analyze the re.serve capacity of DFIG.
