摘  要:针对结合齿精锻加工过程中的表面脱碳问题,进行了加热温度对表面脱碳层厚度影响的研究。在600~1 250选择了22个温度值对结合齿进行锻造成形,之后切取样块,在金相显微镜下测量脱碳层深度。结果显示:在600~800未发现脱碳层;随着加热温度的升高,齿件表面脱碳层厚度几乎呈线性增大;综合考虑表面脱碳和材料流动性,确定锻造前加热温度应控制在800~950。最后,通过分析结合齿的完整工艺流程,提出了预涂石墨、安装炉口火帘和适当增大正火炉内的碳势等预防脱碳措施。In view of the surface decarburization of conjunction gear during the process of precision forging,an experimental study of the heating temperature effect on the thickness of decarburized layers was conducted.In the range of 600 to 1 250°C,22 temperature values were selected to shape the conjunction gear.Then,the test block was cut and the depth of the decarburized layer was measured under a metallographic microscope.The experimental results showed that no decarburized layer was found between 600~800°C.With the increase of heating temperature,the thickness of the decarburized layer increased almost linearly.Considering the surface decarburization and the flowability of the material,the heating temperature before forging should be controlled at 800~950°C.By analyzing the complete process of the conjunction gear,preventive measures such as graphite pre-coated,installation of fire curtains at the furnace mouth and proper increase of carbon potential in the normal furnace were suggested.
