摘 要:某型发动机在首翻修期时,即出现了平均每台6件左右的金属附件出现裂纹故障。为找出裂纹的真正原因,对故障件进行了冶金分析;通过计算模态分析得到喷嘴支管的最大应力点,得出发动机金属件所受的振动应力大于其材料和结构本身的强度是产生裂纹的主要原因。通过改变结构材料,优化焊接参数,减小焊接残余应力等措施,彻底根除一个翻修期内即会出现裂纹故障的技术难题。During the first revision period of an engine,there appeared an average of about 6 pieces of metal accessories on each side.In order to find out the real reason of the crack,the metallurgical analysis of the fault parts is carried out,and the maximum stress point of the nozzle branch is obtained by calculating the modal analysis.It is concluded that the main cause of the crack is that the vibration stress of the engine metal parts is greater than the strength of the material and structure itself.By changing the structure material,optimizing the welding parameters and reducing the residual stress of the welding,the technical problem of the crack failure in a refurbishment period is thoroughly eradicated.
