摘 要:黄精属于百合科植物,其块根内含有大量的淀粉、糖类和多种微量元素,具有清热解毒的药用功能。采用热回流水提方法提取卷叶黄精的根部水提物,对其进行功能食品开发研究;采用喷雾干燥法制作黄精水提物干粉,探讨黄精干粉在食品添加剂方面的用途。结果显示,西藏卷叶黄精根水提物中微生物指标和理化标准均符合国家标准,适合开发成风味饮品;黄精干粉可以作为食品添加剂添加到食品中,有很广阔的应用前景。Polygonatum cirrhifolium Royle belongs to Liliaceae,the tuberous roots contain large amounts of starch,sugar,mucus quality,vitamins and a variety of trace elements,Medicinal functions with heat clearing and detoxification.Using heat to water extraction method,extraction of Tibetan medicinal plants volume Polygonatum cirrhifolium Royle root aqueous extract,the preliminary study on the development of functional food;by spray drying method of Polygonatum cirrhifolium Royle powder in food use.The results showed that the Tibetan volume Polygonatum cirrhifolium Royle root water provided in microbial indicators and physical and chemical standards are in line with national standards,suitable for the development of flavor drinks;Polygonatum cirrhifolium Royle powder can be added to foods as a food additive,it’s a very broad application prospects.
