摘　　要：以往粮食安全多注重粮食数量的安全,如今更加注重质量和食品的安全,中储粮总公司应主动适应形势发展,以仓库设施建设改造、储粮科技手段革新、管理队伍素质提升,积极倡导绿色储粮发展新理念,并贯穿到轮换经营管理全过程各环节,推进粮食"保质、减损、降耗、增效"四大工程建设。With food security from the previous quantity security to now pay more attention to quality and food safety,SINOGRAIN actively adapt to the situation,Actively advocating the new concept of green storage development by rebuilding warehouse facilities,innovating storage technology means,Improving the quality of management team.Throughout the whole process of rotation management.Promoting four major projects of presenting cereals’s quality minimizing the loss,reduce energy consumption,increasing efficiency.
