摘　　要：目的探讨葡萄糖神经酰胺合成酶(GCS)在乳腺癌中的表达及与乳腺癌临床病理特征的相关性。方法选取乳腺癌组织标本87例,同时选取癌旁组织作为对照,观察乳腺癌和癌旁组织中GCS表达情况,分析GCS表达与乳腺癌临床病理特征相关性。结果 87例乳腺癌组织GCS阳性表达63例(72.41%),癌旁组织GCS阳性表达40例(45.98%),GCS阳性表达率乳腺癌组织明显高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。GCS表达与乳腺癌患者年龄、TNM分期、雌性激素受体(ER)、人类表皮生长因子受体2(HER-2)及表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)相关(P<0.05)。多因素相关性分析结果显示乳腺癌患者GCS表达与年龄、TNM分期、ER及EGFR呈正相关,与HER-2呈负相关。结论 GCS在乳腺癌组织中呈高表达,与ER和HER-2有一定关系,可能与乳腺癌癌细胞分裂、增殖、扩散和转移密切相关,能反映病情进展程度。Objective To investigate the expression of glucose ceramide synthase(GCS)in breast cancer and correlation analysis of GCS expression with clinicopathological features of breast cancer.Methods A total of 87 cases of breast cancerous tissues were selected,and the adjacent normal tissues were used as the controls.The expression of GCS in cancerous tissues and adjacent normal tissues was observed,and the correlation between GCS expression and clinicopathological features of breast cancer was analyzed.Results The positive expression of GCS in 87 cases of breast cancerous tissues and the adjacent normal tissues was 63(72.41%)and 40(45.98%)respectively.The positive expression of GCS in breast cancerous tissues was significantly higher than that in the adjacent normal tissues,and significant differences were observed(P<0.05).The expression of GCS was associated with age,TNM staging,estrogen receptor(ER),human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER-2)and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)in patients with breast cancer(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis was used for multivariate correlation analysis.Multivariate correlation analysis showed that the expression of GCS in patients with breast cancer was positively correlated with age,TNM staging,ER and EGFR,and negatively correlated with the expression of HER-2.Conclusion GCS is highly expressed in breast cancerous tissues,and has a certain relationship with ER and HER-2.This may be associated with the division,proliferation,migration and metastasis of breast cancer cells,reflecting the extent of disease progression.
