摘　　要：在实施二元制人才培养新模式的过程中,高职院校要高度重视高职生思想政治素质的培养,将学生思想政治素质培养与职业能力培养有机融合起来,培养思想素质过硬、适应现代职业需要的创新型劳动者。高职院校与企业需要通力合作,构建学校教育与企业教育相融合的校企育人机制,开设生产与教学融合的思想政治教育大课堂,推动思想政治教育与职业文化的深度融合。In the process of implementing the new model of dualism talent cultivation,higher vocational colleges should attach great importance to the cultivation of ideological and political quality of higher vocational students.The ideological and political quality training and vocational ability training of students should be integrated in order to cultivate innovative workers who have strong ideological quality and meet the needs of modern occupations.It should work together with higher vocational colleges and enterprises to build school-enterprise education mechanism between colleges of education and the integration of enterprise education,set up ideological politics education class for a combination of production and teaching,to promote the depth of the fusion for ideological and political education and professional culture.
