摘  要:民族的道德水平、价值观念,关乎其兴衰荣辱,关乎她每个成员的幸福指数。提升全民素质、解决道德困局最根本的途径即德育。家庭德育,为人一生的发展奠基。制度、价值观念、公共产品与财政支持等构成家庭德育的外部影响因素;家长的素养、儿童成长和家庭德育之客观规律从内部制约家庭德育的实施。威权型、控制型、反面型、暴力型、缺失型家庭德育形态为掣肘家庭德育功能发挥的典型困境。从国家、社区、学校、家庭四个层面搭建家庭德育的立交桥:完善制度和法律资源供给侧改革;保障相关基础设施完备建设和公共产品充足配置;加强家校横向联系,凝聚家校德育力量;调整对家庭德育的认知,规避错误的德育方式,从而为更好地发挥其对人生发展的奠基作用铺设一条康庄大道。The moral level and view of value of a nation are related to its prosperity and the happiness index of each member.Moral education is the most fundamental way to improve the quality of the people and tackle the moral dilemma.Moral education from family lays the foundation for the lifelong personal development.The external influencing factors of family moral education include social system,view of value,public goods and financial support.The internal constraints of family moral education include the literacy of parents,the objective laws of children growth and family moral education.Authoritarian,manipulative,negative,violent and missing family moral education forms are typical dilemmas for family moral education.It is necessary to carry out family moral education from four levels of state,community,school,and family.We need to improve the supply-side reforms of system and legal resources,and ensure adequate infrastructure construction and adequate allocation of public goods.We also should strengthen ties between families and schools and consolidate the power of moral education by enhancing cohesion of families and schools.Finally,we must improve the recognition of family moral education and avoid the wrong methods so as to pave the way for family moral education to function more effectively in laying the groundwork for personal development.
