摘　　要：目的探讨直肠癌与结肠癌血脂水平的差异及其临床意义。方法选取2016年10月至2017年9月青岛市市立医院结直肠外科收治、并经手术病理诊断明确的55例直肠癌患者及58例结肠癌患者,采集入选患者的临床资料,包括姓名、住院号、性别、年龄、血脂水平、手术病理等,分析直肠癌组患者与结肠癌组患者血脂水平的差异。结果直肠癌组患者中血清胆固醇、血清低密度脂蛋白以及血清载脂蛋白B较结肠癌组患者显著升高(P<0.05)。结论直肠癌与结肠癌血脂水平存在差异,并且直肠癌更易出现血脂水平的升高。Objective To investigate the difference of blood lipid level between rectal cancer and colon cancer and its clinical signifi cance.Methods In October 2016 to September 2017,from colorectal surgery,Qingdao mu nicipal hospital and confi rmed by surgery andpathological diagnosis of 55 cases of rectal cancer patients and 58 cases of colon cancer patients,collecting selected patients with clinical data,including name,admission number,gender,age,blood lipid level,pathology,difference of blood lipid level analysis of rectal cancer and colon cancer.Results Serum cholesterol,low density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein B were signifi cantly higher in rectal cancer group than in colon cancer group(P<0.05).Conclusion There are differences in blood lipid levels between rectal cancer and colon cancer,and rectal cancer is more prone to increase blood lipid levels.
