摘　　要：在人口红利缺失、劳动力成本不断攀升的背景下,国家提出了"智能制造"。在此背景下,文章综述了我国工业机器人发展及应用现状,并结合现阶段制造行业现状以及我国工业机器人应用人才培养情况,分析了企业对工业机器人应用人才技能的需求和现阶段工业机器人应用人才培养主流模式,为工业机器人技术专业建设提供指导。Under the background of the lack of demographic dividend and rising labor cost,the Intelligent Manufacturing has been put forward.The development and application status of industrial robots in China was summarized in this paper.Based on the situation of the manufacturing and the talent training of industrial robots at the present stage,the demand of industrial robot application talents in enterprise and the main strategy of industrial robot technology application talents in school was analyzed,which provide guidance for the construction of industrial robot technology specialty.
