摘　　要：以南京地铁一号线为研究对象,阐述南京地铁一号线站点周边土地使用的现状与存在问题,分析轨道交通周边的用地功能构成、开发强度、以及交通设施等。借鉴国内外城市的成功经验,提出国内城市轨道交通开发的建议,为同类城市和地区提供参考。Taking Nanjing Metro Line 1 as the research object,this paper describes the status and existing problems of land use around the Nanjing Metro Line 1 station,analyzes the land use function,development intensity and traffic facilities around the rail transit.Drawing on the successful experiences of cities at home and abroad,puts forward the suggestions for the development of urban rail transit,in order to provide references for similar cities and regions.
