我国特色小镇建设的经营模式研究

摘　　要：选择合适的经营模式是推动特色小镇建设的重要突破点。在理论研究和案例梳理基础上,总结经营模式的五部分内容,包括界定参与主体、归纳经营内容、梳理典型模式、分析收益来源和判断发展趋势。其中,依据地方实践,提炼出四种典型模式,包括政府主导的内生型特色小镇模式、政企合作的内生型特色小镇模式、政府主导的外生型特色小镇模式和企业主导的外生型特色小镇模式。Choosing the right operation model is an important breakthrough point in promoting the construction of characteristic towns.Combined with theoretical research and case management,this paper summarizes five parts of operation model,including defining the participants,summarizing the operation contents,classifying the typical models,analyzing the source of income and judging the development trend.According to local practice,sums up four typical models,including government-led endophytic type characteristic town model,government and enterprise cooperation endophytic type characteristic town model,government-led exogenous type characteristic town model,enterprise-led exogenous type characteristic town model.
