摘　　要：药剂师是提供药事服务的专业人员,以地方应用型本科高校安徽科技学院药物制剂专业为例,从专业培养目标、课程设置改革、教学方法改革、考核改革、校内实习改革、"厂中校"和"校中厂"模式探索等环节探讨地方应用型本科高校如何培养卓越药剂师应用型人才。Pharmacists are the professionals who provide pharmaceutical service.This paper takes the example of the pharmaceutical preparations major in a local applied college-Anhui Science and Technology University,explores the ways of cultivating applied talents of excellent pharmacists for local applied undergraduate college from the following aspects:reforming professional training objectives,curriculum setting-up,teaching methods,teaching evaluation and school internship,and exploring the model of“school-in-factory”and“factory-in-school”,etc.
