榄香烯乳注射液联合全颅放疗治疗乳腺癌脑转移的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察榄香烯乳注射液联合放疗治疗乳腺癌脑转移的近期疗效及安全性。方法 30例乳腺癌脑转移患者分为放射治疗组14例(放疗组)和榄香烯乳注射液联合放射治疗组16例(联合治疗组),比较两组临床症状缓解率、近期有效率及不良反应。结果放疗组和联合治疗组的临床症状缓解率分别为54.5%和75%。有效率(CR+PR)分别为21.4%和56.3%(P<0.05)。主要不良反应包括:放疗后脑组织水肿症状和骨髓抑制,联合治疗组发生白细胞减少低于单纯放疗组。结论榄香烯乳注射液联合全颅放疗治疗乳腺癌脑转移具有协同作用,可以改善患者症状,且不良反应较轻。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of elemene injection combined with radiotherapy for breast cancer with brain metastasis.Methods Thirty breast cancer patients with brain metastasis were divided into radiotherapy group(26 cases)and elemene injection combined with radiotherapy group(22 cases).The efficiency of treatment and advrser eactions were compared between two groups.Results The effective rate(CR+PR)of each group were 21.4%and 56.3%.The main adverse reactions include cerebral edema and myelosuppression.The cases of leucopenia in the combined group were less than that in the radiotherapy group.Conclusion The effect of elemenen injection combined with radiotherapy for breast cancer with brain metastasis is superior to radio therapy,which can improve the quality of life with slightly adverse reactios.
