摘　　要：2016年,国家开展全国范围内的行政事业单位国有资产核实工作,高校财务部门主要负责往来款项的清理,清查中发现往来款项存在管理不规范、信息化建设不到位、历史遗留问题未能及时有效解决等普遍问题,本文通过分析问题产生的原因,提出解决策略和管理建议。In 2016,the national state-owned assets to carry out verification of the administrative institutions nationwide.The financial department is mainly responsible for the payment and clearing accounts payable,for example inventory found in existence effectively solve the common problems of construction management is not standardized,the information is not in place,and historical issues in not treetment.This paper through analysis of the problem,puts forward the solution strategy and management suggestions.
