探讨C反应蛋白与血清白细胞介素-18检验对急性脑梗死的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨C反应蛋白与血清白细胞介素-18检验对急性脑梗死的意义。方法选取103例急性脑梗死患者作为试验组,另选取同期98例健康体检者作为对照组,对两组的C反应蛋白和白细胞介素-18水平进行检验并比较。结果试验组患者C反应蛋白为(20.69±0.87)mg/L,明显高于对照组的(13.90±0.23)mg/L,血清白细胞介素-18为(152.21±19.27)ng/L明显高于对照组的(115.57±20.23)ng/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组小面积脑梗死患者的C反应蛋白为(15.87±0.18)mg/L,血清白细胞介素-18为(128.21±19.17)ng/L;试验组大面积脑梗死患者的C反应蛋白为(23.17±0.61)mg/L,血清白细胞介素-18为(164.56±20.06)ng/L。大面积脑梗死患者C反应蛋白和血清白细胞介素-18水平明显高于小面积脑梗死患者,差异具有统计学意(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者的C反应蛋白和血清白细胞介素-18水平可以对患者的病情程度进行判断分析,为患者的预后提供指导。Objective To investigate the significance of C reactive protein and serum interleukin-18 test in acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 103 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as experimental group,another 98 healthy persons were selected as control group.The C reactive protein and serum interleukin-18 between the two groups were detected and compared.Results The C reactive protein of the experimental group was(20.69±0.87)mg/L,which was significantly higher than(13.90±0.23)mg/L of the control group,the serum interleukin-18 of the experimental group was(152.21±19.27)ng/L,which were significantly higher than(115.57±20.23)ng/L of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The C reactive protein and serum interleukin-18 of small area cerebral infarction patients in the experimental group were(15.87±0.18)mg/L and(128.21±19.17)ng/L respectively,the C reactive protein and serum interleukin-18 of large area cerebral infarction patients in the experimental group were(23.17±0.61)mg/L and(164.56±20.06)ng/L respectively.The levels of C reactive protein and serum interleukin-18 of large area cerebral infarction patients were significantly higher than those of small area cerebral infarction patients,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The C reactive protein and serum interleukin-18 level in patients with acute cerebral infarction can be used to judge the patients'condition and provide guidance for the prognosis of the patients.
