含铂方案治疗晚期乳腺癌的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析含铂方案(紫杉醇+卡铂联合方案)治疗晚期乳腺癌的近期疗效。方法 28例晚期乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,均采用含铂方案治疗,观察近期疗效与毒副反应情况。结果Ⅲb期治疗总有效率为69.23%,Ⅳ期治疗总有效率为53.33%;浸润性导管癌治疗总有效率为72.22%,单纯癌治疗总有效率为42.86%,髓样癌治疗总有效率为33.33%。白细胞减少发生率为89.29%,脱发发生率为82.14%,血小板减少发生率为42.86%,恶心呕吐发生率为64.29%。结论采用紫衫醇联合卡铂方案治疗晚期乳腺癌具有较好疗效,毒副反应可耐受,具有推广应用价值。Objective To analyze the short-term efficacy of platinum-containing regimen(Paclitaxel plus Carboplatin combined regimen)in the treatment of advanced breast cancer.Methods A total of 28 patients with advanced breast cancer were selected as research objects.All patients received platinum-containing regimen for treatment.The short-term efficacy and toxicity of all patients were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment at stageⅢb was 69.23%,the total effective rate of treatment at stageⅣwas 53.33%,and the total effective rate of invasive ductal carcinoma was 72.22%.The treatment total effective rate of simple cancer was 42.86%,and the treatment total effective rate of medullary carcinoma was 33.33%.The incidence of leukocyte reduction was 89.29%,and the incidence of alopecia was 82.14%,the incidence of thrombocytopenia was 42.86%,the incidence of nausea and vomiting was 64.29%.Conclusion The adoption of Paclitaxel combined with Carboplatin regimen in the treatment of advanced breast cancer is effective,and the toxicity is tolerable,has the value of popularization and application.
