摘  要:传统机床滑台位置伺服控制系统的非线性、多耦合、不稳定性等不足,单独的PID控制算法难以达到系统的要求,提出了模糊控制与PID控制相结合的控制方法。介绍了机床的整体结构、滑台位置控制模型、以及模糊PID原理,利用MATLAB软件建立机床滑台位置模糊PID控制模型,对PID控制和模糊PID控制等两种控制方法模型进行实验仿真。实验数据表明相比常规PID控制方式,模糊PID具有很好的自适应性,响应速度、稳定性、准确性都得到了改善,验证了该控制方法设计的合理性,满足我们的设计要求。The nonlinear,multiple coupling and instability of the position servo control system of the traditional machine tool are not enough,the PID control algorithm is difficult to meet the requirement of the system,and the control method of fuzzy control and PID control is put forward.This paper introduces the whole structure of the machine tool,the position control model of slide table and the principle of fuzzy PID,establishes the fuzzy PID control model of the machine tool slide position by MATLAB software,and simulates two kinds of control methods such as PID control and fuzzy PID control.The experimental data show that the fuzzy PID controller has good adaptability,the response speed,the stability and the accuracy are improved compared with the conventional PID control mode,which verifies the rationality of the control method design and satisfies our design requirement.
