摘　　要：刑事诉讼证明标准数据库的构建是实施国家大数据战略的体现,是建设"数字中国"的重要组成部分。依靠现有公开的裁判文书数据及其他数据资源构建刑事诉讼证明标准数据库有利于弥补现有数据库的缺陷;增强对证明标准的操作性;有利于防范冤假错案的发生。根据刑事诉讼的阶段和证据的理论分类设计刑事诉讼证明标准数据库查询目录是较好的路径选择。Criminal prosecution standard database should relies on the existing open judicial adjudicative documents and other data resources.The construction of a standard database of criminal procedure proof is an embodiment of implementing the strategy of national big data and an important component of building“digital China.”The construction of a standard database of criminal procedure proof helps to make up for the shortcomings of the existing databases,enhance the operability of the certification standards,and prevent the occurrence of unjust falsehoods.According to the stage of criminal procedure and the theoretical classification of evidence,it is a better choice to design the query catalogue of standard database of criminal procedure proof.
