自拟熄风通络组方联合西药治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探析自拟熄风通络组方联合西药治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月~2017年5月本院治疗的88例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,采用随机信封法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组44例。对照组患者给予甘露醇、抗凝、营养脑细胞等常规西药治疗,研究组则在此基础上加用自拟熄风通络组方治疗,分析两组患者的治疗效果、中医证候积分等情况。结果经过相关治疗,研究组患者临床疗效较远远高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的中医症候积分比较,差异无统计学意义,治疗后,研究组患者中医症候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者给予自拟熄风通络组方联合西药治疗的效果相对较显著,可改善患者中医症候程度,进一步促进神经功能的恢复,推广应用价值高。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of self-made Xifeng Tongluo combined with Western medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty-eight patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2017 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups by random envelope method,namely the study group and the control group,with 44 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine such as mannitol,anticoagulation and nutritional brain cells.The research group added the self-made Xifengtongluo group to treat the treatment effect and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups.Happening.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the study group was much higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups.Afterwards,the TCM syndrome scores of the study group were significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of self-made Xifengtongluo combination combined with western medicine on patients with acute cerebral infarction is relatively significant,which can improve the degree of TCM symptoms,further promote the recovery of neurological function,and promote the application value.
