摘  要:目的采用UFLC-MS/MS分析方法对羊肉汤中吗啡、可待因、罂粟碱、蒂巴因、那可汀等罂粟成分进行定性检验。方法羊肉汤中吗啡、可待因、罂粟碱、蒂巴因、那可汀等罂粟成分采用复合有机溶剂提取,低温除去油脂,应用超快速液相色谱法分离,采用多离子监测(MRM)分析,并测试方法的专用性、回收率和检出限。结果罂粟中各成分分离良好,该方法回收率为80%~110%,检出限浓度为0.05~1.0ng/m L。结论本方法简单、快速、灵敏、准确,适于羊肉汤中是否添加罂粟壳的检验。Objective To qualitatively analyze the opium-derived substances(like morphine,codeine,papaverine,thebaine and narcotine)suspected to contain in mutton soup by UFLC-MS/MS.Methods The substances of morphine,codeine,papaverine,thebaine and narcotine were spiked into mutton soup and then extracted with composite organic solvents and degreased in low temperature.The successive analysis was carried out by ultra-fast liquid chromatography(UFLC)linked to LC-MS/MS with multiple-reaction monitoring(MRM).The parameters of specificity,recovery and detection limit were determined to improve the methodological setup.Results All the above five papaverous components were well-separated under both the recovery of 80-110%and detection limit between 0.05-1.0ng/mL.An actual case had been solved by the method,leaving a confirmation that the detected mutton soup really contained the above five papaverous components.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,sensitive,accurate,and suitable for qualitative analysis of papaverous components suspected to be in mutton soup.
