视频侦查模拟实验在案件侦破中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨在视频监控图像质量差的情况下,视频侦查模拟实验在案件侦办中的应用。方法选择身高、体型等与犯罪嫌疑人相近的技术人员,在原始摄像头位置角度不变、实验时间与案发时间大致相同、光照条件基本一致条件下,对照案发时视频监控中犯罪嫌疑人的行动轨迹准确定位,做好标记,多次重复实验。在对可疑鞋与模拟鞋进行比对时,需要其他鞋做实验参照。结果通过对视频监控中可疑鞋图像与模拟实验视频中模拟鞋、其他鞋图像进行比对分析,发现可疑鞋与模拟鞋图像特征基本相符,与其他鞋图像差异明显。结论当视频监控中目标人或物距离摄像头较远、图像质量较差时,通过模拟实验进行人或物的辨别分析具有重要意义。本文可以作为此类案件的参考。Objective To probe how to apply simulation experiment into the collected video of poor quality for the involved case to be investigated and solved.Methods The simulation experiment was carried out as follows:1.Selecting a person who is close to the suspect’s height,physical shape and clothes worn.2.Repetitiously adjusting the camera to the same position,angle,light and time point as the original on the occurrence of crime in order to exactly reappear the track of the suspect shown in the video,marking and recording the valuable findings.3.Looking for the specific points,e.g.,other shoes should be the reference when comparing the suspicious shoe with the simulated one.Results The suspicious shoe in the video is similar to the simulated one but clearly different to the other ones.This evidence helped the case have been solved.Conclusion When the intended target in the video was far away from the shooting camera and the image quality is poor,it is of great importance to differentiate all of the involved persons or objects by simulation experiment to find the valuable clues.
