摘  要:冷冲压模具应用范围十分广泛,优点是效率高、精度高、质量稳定、材料利用率高、操作简易、适合批量生产及实现制造自动化。模具的设计工艺结构和精度,直接影响模具的使用寿命。也影响生产效率和成本。对旧工艺进行改进,根据零件的特殊情况制定合理的工艺。工艺内容涵盖模具材料选用、冲孔方法的采用、模具的寿命等范畴。其中特别通过零件两端一次翻成形(90°),达到不能刮伤零件及确保翻成形后两端的90°值效果,便于零件脱模,又能较大幅度提高生产效率降低成本。The application of cold stamping dies is very extensive.It has many advantages,such as high efficiency,high accuracy,stable quality,high material utilization and simple operation.It is suitable for mass production and manufacturing automation.The design process structure and precision of the die directly affect the service life of the mold,and also affect the production efficiency and cost.This design mainly improves the old technology and makes a reasonable process according to the special condition of the parts.The process covers material selection,punching method,die life and other areas,especially a new method of one-time forming both ends of parts,which can avoid scratching parts,ensure both ends of parts reach 90°,make release parts easier,greatly improve the roduction efficiency and reduce the cost.
