摘　　要：目的探讨短暂性脑缺血发作使用双联抗血小板药物治疗的临床效果。方法 2016年1—9月我院对92例短暂性缺血发作患者开展研究分析,将患者分成对照组和研究组,均有46例。对照组使用阿司匹林治疗,研究组使用阿司匹林和氯吡格雷双联抗血小板药物治疗,对两组的治疗情况和不良反应进行对比分析。结果研究组患者中有30例患者治疗显效,15例治疗有效,有1例治疗无效,治疗总有效率是97.8%,对照组有23例患者治疗显效,15例患者治疗有效,有8例治疗无效,治疗总有效率是82.6%。研究组总有效率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应率是8.7%,对照组不良反应率是23.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论短暂性脑缺血患者接受双联抗血小板药物治疗的临床效果突出,不良反应率低。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of dual antiplatelet drugs for transient ischemic attack.Methods From January to September 2016,92 cases of transient ischemic attack were studied in our hospital.The patients were divided into the control group and the research group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin,and the study group was treated with aspirin and clopidogrel with double antiplatelet drugs.The treatment and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There were 30 patients in the study group,15 cases were effective,1 cases were invalid,the effective rate in clinical treatment was 97.8%,the control group had 23 patients with effective treatment,15 patients were treated effectively,8 cases were invalid,and the effective rate of clinical treatment was 82.6%.The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the study group was 8.7%,and the adverse reaction rate in the control group was 23.9%(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of dual antiplatelet drugs in patients with transient ischemic attack is prominent,and the adverse reaction rate is low.
