摘　　要：目的探讨MUC1基因在不同类型非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法以30例非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象,取肺癌组织及正常肺组织,以免疫组织化学法测定MUC1基因的表达水平。结果非小细胞肺癌组织中MUC1基因的阳性表达率为80.8%,明显高于正常肺组织8.0%(P<0.05),不同病理类型的非小细胞肺癌组织中MUC1基因的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MUC1基因在非小细胞肺癌组织中的高表达是诊断非小细胞肺癌的指标之一,可作为非小细胞肺癌转移和预后的一项参考指标,在非小细胞肺癌病理分型的诊断方面无明显的临床意义。Objective To investigate the expression level of MUC1 gene in different types of non-small cell lung cancer and its clinical significance.Methods Thirty patients with non-small cell lung cancer were studied.Lung cancer tissues and normal lung tissues were used to measure the expression of MUC1 gene by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive expression rate of MUC1 gene in non-small cell lung cancer tissues(80.8%)was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissues(8.0%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in MUC1 gene expression in different pathological types of non-small cell lung cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion The high expression of MUC1 gene in non-small cell lung cancer is one of the indicators for the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer.It can be used as a reference index for the metastasis and prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer.It has no significant clinical significance in the diagnosis of nonsmall cell lung cancer pathological classification.
