摘 要:目的探讨SBAR标准化沟通方式在预防老年住院患者跌倒中的应用。方法将382例老年患者随机分对照组与实验组,分别进行常规护理和SBAR加强护理,比较两组的跌倒率和医护人员、患者对护理工作的满意度。结果实验组患者跌倒率(2.6%)明显低于对照组(7.3%),实验组医护人员、患者对护理工作的满意度均明显在对照组之上。结论 SBAR沟通方式能明显降低老年住院患者的跌倒率,提升医护人员、患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To explore the application of SBAR standardized communication in the prevention of falls in elderly inpatients.Methods 382 cases of elderly patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,the routine nursing and the SBAR intensive care were carried out respectively.The fall rate and the satisfaction of the medical and nursing staff and the patients to the nursing work of the two groups were compared.Results The fall rate of the patients in the experimental group(2.6%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(7.3%),the satisfaction of the medical staff and the patients in the experimental group was obviously above the control group.Conclusion SBAR communication mode can significantly reduce the fall rate of elderly inpatients,and improve the satisfaction degree of medical staff and patients to nursing work.
