摘　　要：2018年注定是国际贸易发展史上不平凡的一年。这一年,一连串专业性数字——"232"、"301",在媒体铺天盖地的报道下受到学界和民间的广泛关注。2018年5月3日,美国超级豪华贸易谈判代表团赴京谈判时漫天要价,将"中美贸易摩擦"这一敏感议题推向了新的高峰。当下,中美两个世界最大经济体之间的贸易摩擦正吸引着全球的目光。古人云:历史是一面最好的镜子。在各种猜测、各种言论、各种主张充斥媒体之时,在难以准确判断最终结果的迷茫之际,翻一翻历史、以史为鉴,有助于我们更好地了解眼前这场可能会持续相当长一段时间并产生久远影响的世纪争端。In 2018,the trade frictions between China and the United States are pushed to the top of wind and wave.Some fi gures,such as“232”and“301”,became known to the public overnight via a whirlwind of media reports.History is a mirror.Reviewing history,especially the development of the United States and the trade frictions between China and the United States over the past few decades,will give us an insight into the dispute.
