摘　　要：随着电子设备向高性能化、高速化和轻薄短小化发展,对覆铜板提出了更高的要求,PCB厂商越来越关注覆铜板基材异物。本文针对覆铜板基材异物的特点,开发出自动识别覆铜板基材异物的装置和方法,提高了检出精度和检验效率。With the development of electronic equipment to high performance,high speed,light weight and thinness and short and small,higher requirements for copper clad laminal are put forward,and PCB are paying more and more attention to foreign material in CCL.In view of the characteristic of the foreign material of CCL,the apparatus and method for automatically identifying the foreign material are developed,which improve the accuracy of detection and the efficiency of inspection.
