益生菌治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析探究益生菌治疗对便秘型肠易激综合征疗效及对血浆胃肠激素水平的调节作用。方法选取在我院于2017年3月—2018年3月接受诊治的58例肠易激综合征患者作为研究对象。根据治疗方案差异,将其均分成两组,每组各29例。对照组给予马来酸曲美布汀治疗,观察组加以益生菌治疗,对比两组患者疗效及血浆胃肠激素水平。结果观察组血浆胃肠激素水平改善情况优于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益生菌治疗对便秘型肠易激综合征疗效确切,能有效调节血浆胃肠激素水平,改善患者临床症状及预后,效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of probiotics on constipation predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)and its regulation on plasma gastrointestinal hormones.Methods 58 patients with irritable bowel syndrome who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the research subjects.According to the difference of treatment regimen,they were divided into two groups,29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with trimebutine maleic acid.The observation group was treated with probiotics.The curative effect and plasma gastrointestinal hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of plasma gastrointestinal hormone level in observation group was better than that in control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Probiotic treatment of constipation type irritable bowel syndrome is effective,can effectively regulate the level of plasma gastrointestinal hormone,improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis of patients,the effect is significant.
