摘　　要：目的探讨多发性骨髓瘤采用以万珂为主联合化疗方案的临床治疗效果。方法选择2013年1月~2017年1月安阳市人民医院收治的多发性骨髓瘤患者90例,以随机数表将其分为对照组(采取以环磷酰胺+地塞米松联合化疗)与研究组(在对照组的基础上加用万珂),每组各45例。对比两组3个疗程后的疗效与化疗治疗期间的不良反应。结果研究组治疗3个疗程后的总有效率,高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组化疗不良反应对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论以万珂为主联合化疗方案应用于多发性骨髓瘤患者中疗效确切,适于临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined chemotherapy with Velcade on multiple myeloma.Methods 90 patients with multiple myeloma who were admitted to Anyang People’s hospital from January 2013 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control group(taking cyclophosphamide+dexamethasone combined with chemotherapy)and study group(the addition of velcade on the basis of the control group),45 cases in each group.The curative effect after 3 courses and the adverse reaction during the chemotherapy were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of study group after three courses of treatment was 93.33%,which was higher than that of control group of 73.33%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion It is effective to apply combined chemotherapy of Velcade in patients with multiple myeloma and it is suitable for clinical promotion.
